She and Noona built AlignedEVA together — combining Paulette's brand and operations expertise with Noona's hands-on placement experience to create a process neither of them could have built alone.

She now leads AlignedEVA's operations as COO and Managing Partner, bringing the same care to this business that she's brought to every brand she's built.

AlignedEVA didn’t start with a business plan. It started with a borrowed laptop and a reason to show up.
In 2021 I became a VA to support my family — my father had just been paralyzed by a stroke and I needed to step up. I built from nothing, and within months I had bought my own device and replaced the one I borrowed. Small wins that meant everything.
When my father passed in 2023, so did my sense of why. I spent almost a year in a slump: losing clients, losing momentum, going through the motions without really knowing what for. Then the right clients found me. And I remembered.
I still work in operations today because it keeps me sharp. It’s how I find the gaps, build the training, and make sure every EVA we place actually understands the business they’re walking into. That’s where AlignedEVA came from. And it’s why alignment is the only thing we’ll never compromise on.
