Our matching process may consider factors including the client's needs, required experience, working hours, communication preferences, tools, business environment, availability, and overall alignment.

Specific services, responsibilities, fees, payment terms, matching arrangements, replacement provisions, termination terms, and other conditions applicable to a client engagement will be established in the applicable service agreement.

Where there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a separately executed service agreement, the terms of the separate agreement will govern the applicable service relationship.

4. EVA Applications and Opportunities

Individuals may have the opportunity to apply or express interest in becoming an EVA or being considered for client opportunities through Aligned EVA.

Submitting an application does not guarantee:

• Acceptance into the Aligned EVA talent network;
• An interview;
• A client introduction or match;
• Placement with a client;
• A minimum amount of work or number of hours; or
• Future engagement with Aligned EVA.

Applicants may be evaluated based on factors such as professional experience, skills, communication, availability, client requirements, references, assessment results, and alignment with the needs of available opportunities.

Unless expressly established through a separate written agreement, submitting an application or participating in Aligned EVA's selection process does not create an employer-employee relationship.

5. No Guarantee of Matching or Business Results

Aligned EVA is committed to thoughtful matching and ongoing support. However, successful working relationships and business outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

We therefore cannot guarantee specific outcomes from using our services or working with an EVA, including specific:

• Revenue or financial results;
• Business growth;
• Productivity improvements;
• Cost savings;
• Time savings;
• Client acquisition;
• Operational results; or
• Length or success of a client-EVA relationship.

Any testimonials, examples, case studies, statistics, or results displayed on the Website represent particular experiences or general information and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that another client or EVA will achieve the same results.

6. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information through the Website.

However, we do not guarantee that all Website information will always be complete, accurate, current, available, or free from errors.
