Remote Work Requirements

A reliable setup is essential.

Because you’ll work directly with international clients, your equipment, connectivity, and workspace should support consistent remote work.

Computer Requirements

  • Windows: Windows 11 with Intel Core i3 / AMD Ryzen 3 or equivalent at minimum
  • Mac: A device running a currently supported version of macOS
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM minimum
  • Storage: 128 GB SSD or higher

Internet & Workspace

  • Stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps; 20 Mbps or higher recommended
  • A reliable backup internet connection
  • HD webcam and quality headset or microphone
  • A quiet, professional workspace suitable for client calls
Certain specialized roles may require additional equipment, software, or technical capabilities.
A Thoughtful Process

Here’s what happens next.

We keep the process simple, intentional, and human. We’ll get to know your experience first, then invite strong applicants to move forward.

Phase 1

Apply

Complete the application and submit your CV, relevant work samples, and short Loom introduction.

Phase 2

Get Shortlisted

If we see potential alignment, we’ll invite you to complete a few short assessments and meet with our team.

Phase 3

Train With Us

Accepted candidates complete our 2-week training program before becoming eligible for client placement.

Phase 4

Get Matched

After training, we’ll consider you for client opportunities based on your skills, experience, availability, working style, and client needs.

Typical matching period: approximately 2–4 weeks after training. Timing depends on available client opportunities and fit. We prioritize the right placement over the fastest placement, so placement within this timeframe cannot be guaranteed.

Aligned EVAs are expected to maintain a reliable work setup, have reasonable backup plans in place, communicate early when circumstances affect availability, and take ownership of their commitments.
